The ‘Masters of Panettone’ is the feast of this wonder, which brings together the 26 greatest craftsmen of this creation. From north to south the pastry chefs who have been able to make great the ancient art of sweet leavening and that produce, year after year, the best Italian leavened products in a strictly traditional way.

The great Panettone artisan festival will be held on November 24th and 25th at I Maestri del Panettone at Le Cavallerizze by Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia, via Olona 6, Milan
