To break the hunger of mid-morning, at lunch, as a snack in the afternoon or as an aperitif, always in the company of a Venetian “Spritzetto”.

There are the classic fillings of the Venetian tradition, such as the timeless tuna and eggs or tuna and spring onions but there is space for experimenting with refined tastes and flavors, true gourmet delights! Some examples? The sandwich n.7: Smoked salmon, avocado, poppy seeds and creamcheese; Il Tramezzino n. 3: Tuscan roast cooked in wood, lettuce and mustard; Il Tramezzino n.28: gorgonzola, green apple and walnuts; Il Tramezzino n. 18: mortadella, fresh tomato and black truffle cream.

As for Sprotzetto, it’s served in a rock glass with little ice, and it is available in 4 variations + the Spritz Hugo. The original recipe includes Prosecco DOCG, Seltz, ice, lemon or orange peel, olive and, optionally, Aperol, Campari, Cynar. Drinks include also the Venice Craft Beer, the historic Cannaregio Brewery and a selection of national excellences in terms of wines: reds, whites and bubbles awarded by the “Gambero Rosso” guide with the famous “glasses”, strictly available by the glass, for a very high quality tasting.
