11 Giu Italian Cooking Class – The Amazing Tuscany

Pasta, pomodoro, mushrooms……. Most of popular Italian ingredients will be in the spotlight during an Italian cooking class organized by Citysuper, the Mega Lifestyle Specialty Store, in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui.
Guest Chef of superlife culture club will be D’Angelo Giuseppe, personal chef with home-chef service MobiChef. Chef Giuseppe holds a Maestria di 1 Livello degree from Italys’ Boscolo Etoile Academy. In 2007 he started his culinary career as head chef for a yachting company and proceeded to work as a professional chef in restaurants in Sicily and Moscow.
Chef Giuseppe will prepare some of most delicious Italian dishes, in particular from Tuscany tradition:
