  • Mediterranean Bruschetta


  • Total preparation time: 10’
    • Toast bread slices in a hot grill plate on both sides.
    • Gently rub bread with garlic clove.
    • Sprinkle with extra-virgin olive oil.
    • Place tomatoes on bread.
    • Add sliced eggplants and dried oregano.
    • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper if desired.

  • Total preparation time: 10’
    • Prepare the “Marocchino” coffee.
    • Spread chocolate-hazelnut cream in a glass coffee cup.
    • Add hot coffee.
    • Add hot whipped whole fresh milk.
    • Finish with sifted unsweetened cocoa powder.
    • Serve with whole wheat croissant, honey, multi-grain fresh bread, tangerine jam, ACE and blueberry juice.

  • Jarred Creamy Tiramisù


  • Total preparation time: 15’
    • Separate egg yolks and egg whites in two bowls.
    • Wisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy.
    • Add Mascarpone cheese stirring until no lumps will remain.
    • Wisk egg whites until firm but not too much hard.
    • Quickly soak broken Savoiardi cookies in the decaf coffee.
    • Place on the bottom of a jar.
    • Add egg whites to egg yolks and Mascarpone cheese mixture.
    • Stir carefully from bottom to top to get a soft cream.
    • Place the cream on Savoiardi cookies.
    • Create another layer of coffee soaked Savoiardi cookies.
    • Pour additional cream.
    • Finish with sifted unsweetened cocoa powder and a piece of Savoiardi cookies.
    • Serve immediately.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: eggs yolks and whites must be absolutely fresh or pasteurized.

  • Linguine di Gragnano pasta with tomato and basil


  • Total preparation time: 10’
    • Bring to boil plenty water.
    • Add salt and wait its melted.
    • Dip Linguine di Gragnano pasta in the water, stir, and cook (see time indicated on package).
    • Meanwhile, pour oil in a pan and add garlic clove unpeeled and gently crushed.
    • Sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat.
    • Add Pacchetelle and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
    • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    • Reduce basil leaves into thin strips and add to condiment.
    • Keep warm.
    • Drain pasta and transfer in the pan.
    • Stir, discard garlic, then serve.

  • “Different” Caprese salad


  • Total preparation time: 10’
    • Reduce ripe Piccadilly or Cherry tomatoes into small cubes.
    • Cut Mozzarella cheese into the same shape.
    • Place a layer of Mozzarella cheese in a large glass.
    • Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and basil flavored oil.
    • Add a layer of tomatoe and season.
    • Continue in the same mode until four layers are get.
    • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
    • Finish with basil flavored oil.
    • Serve immediately.
