Information about the processing of personal Data
Legislative Decree 196 dated 30 June 2003
(Code concerning the protection of personal data)
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, please be informed that SMART ITING LTD processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, staff and other parties who have voluntarily communicated their data to our offices by person and/or by phone, fax, email or on forms, based on the principles of honesty, transparency and the protection of privacy and rights.
In accordance with the law specified (ref. Article 2 – Purpose), the Data Controller guarantees that personal data will be processed with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular regard for privacy, personal identity and personal data protection rights.
In compliance with Article 13 of said code, SMART ITING LTD hereby informs you that any data supplied by you will be processed in the following manner: gathering, processing, selection, extraction, comparison and storage (magnetic or otherwise, but in any case suitable for guaranteeing security and privacy), for the purpose of creating a database that may be used to send you information about the activities and initiatives promoted by SMART ITING LTD including an electronic newsletter sent to the email address provided by you.
The data will not be communicated to third parties, nor will it be disseminated.
The provision of data is compulsory in order to offer the service you have requested and refusal to supply said data may result in partial or non-execution of the service.
Personal data is processed on paper and using electronic means and every precaution is taken to guarantee its security and privacy.
The data will also be managed and protected in areas to which access is controlled at all times.
SMART ITING LTD also informs that, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the individual has the right to be informed of, update, correct or delete their data, or oppose use of the same, if processed in violation of the law.
