09 Set Sweety & Chocolate of Milan is back
On September 21 and 22, at the Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan, “Sweety & Chocolate of Milan” is back, now in its fifth edition. The 2019 edition is renewed with a Chocolate area, with the most influential maître chocolatiers and a richer ice cream area. The gourmet lunch break will be another initiative, unpublished for Sweety, which will offer the possibility to taste also the savory proposals of the Masters and have lunch in an exclusive and unusual context.
The most prestigious Italian pastry chefs will each have their own sales space and they will be able to buy their products at exceptional prices. There will also be tastings where partner companies will have their products tasted in advance and useful suggestions and recipes on how to best use their products. Experiential tours with free tastings, the (free) laboratories of the “Sweety Academy”, dedicated not only to products, but also to equipment, and the numerous Masterclasses (by reservation) with the most famous and prestigious Maître pâtissier complete the program.
