South Tyrol lands in Milan

The excellence of South Tyrol lands in Milan in the shape of a Cube. On 12 and 13 June, the Public Gardens of Indro Montanelli, in downtown Milan, are hosting three cubic-shaped installations in which a taste of the South Tyrolean spirit is enclosed.

The flavors, the experiences, the traditions that are mixed in innovation: South Tyrol offers the most modern and European Italian city a “compact” version of the good life of its territory.

The three Cubes were built with three different woods – spruce, larch and stone pine. And so the Cubes have become the “containers” of fragments of worlds that, assembled, represent a wonderful reality such as the South Tyrolean one.

A Cooking Cube is dedicated to discovering the flavors of South Tyrol and, thanks to the presence of chef Daniel Niederkofler, has offered guests a series of unmissable tastings. These include hay milk and derivative products, protagonists of the Alto Adige event.
