Sara Preceruti launches the business lunch at the Acquada Restaurant

Opened in December, the Acquada Restaurant is one of the most interesting novelties of the Milanese 2020 food panorama. Chef Sara Preceruti brings her talent from Porlezza to the city of Milan, offering a tantalizing menu that plays between sweet and salty, soft and crunchy, hot and cold.

Among the innovations introduced by the Chef there is also the launch of the business lunch during the week from Monday to Friday (hours 12.30-14.30). The idea is to offer a more relaxed lunch break, where you can enjoy refined dishes, far from the confusion, so you can discuss work or simply relax with colleagues, but pampered by a level service and a modern and fresh cuisine.

The style of the kitchen does not change, all the raw materials are extremely fresh, while bread, pasta and desserts are homemade. On the menu, among others, Spaghettoni alla chitarra with ragù of tufts of squid, braised veal, potato and ginger quenelle, whipped spelled, vegetable brunoise and poached egg.

There are several choices, also suitable for those who have little time for the lunch break: the 2-course menu of your choice costs € 20, the 3-course menu € 28, finally, for those who want to pamper their customers, the one 4 courses cost € 35 (costs include water, coffee and cover charge). Finally, you can reserve a room for private meetings, so you can talk about business while enjoying a high-level lunch at the same time.
