Milano Golosa is back, with “Asian Taste”

Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan will host the appointment with Milan Golosa (https://www.milanogolosa.it), the food and wine event conceived by the Gastronaut © Davide Paolini dedicated to Italian niche craft production now in its eighth edition.

Three days, from 12 to 14 October, of high quality Italian gastronomy and wine, in which 200 artisans of taste land in Milan to bring excellence in flavors, aromas, fun, to tell the raw material and the kitchens of the Italian tradition.

Alongside producers and artisans, a tasting itinerary, cooking shows, seminars, in-depth analyzes. An edition that marks a turning point in the tradition of the event, focusing on cultural and gastronomic contamination. Milan Golosa 2019 hosts Asian Taste, an entire pavilion focused on the Far East and to food experts who have taken the Asian Italian gastronomic offer to a high level, changing its consumption paradigm and making it a market in clear growth. “This year Milano Golosa is hosting Asian Taste because Milan must become the capital of cultural contamination, even in the kitchen,” says Davide Paolini.

Asian Taste, born from the collaboration between Gastronauta and NO MAYO of Maria Pranzo (the first guide to Asian restaurants in Italy, www.nomayo.org), is a true journey into taste, an immersion in the traditions and different Asian cultures that seem to so distant from ours but that give the possibility to explore the contamination.
