InGruppo 2020: the new restaurant guide destination in Lombardy

The smart formula of InGruppo, a concentrate of quality cuisine and Lombard territory, was conceived 8 years ago by Giuliano Pellegrini of the Lio Pellegrini restaurant, to make gastronomy of excellence as a form of culture accessible to millennials and beyond.

Upon reservation, for lunch and dinner, it will be possible to order a complete menu (appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, coffee, water and wine) at a cost of 60 euros per person, with the exception of Da Vittorio, Sadler and Enrico Bartolini Ristorante , At a cost of 120 euros.

The restaurants described in the third edition of the volume are 16 in Bergamo and its province, 1 in the Monza and Brianza area, 2 in Milan and 1 in the province of Sondrio. Two prestigious brands have entered the project: Impronte di Bergamo and Il Cantinone di Madesimo, selected in accordance with the InGroup criteria and ideals. Impronte leaves its mark in Bergamo with a proposal that embraces the territory to go up to the Sicilian origins of the cook. The minimal context of metropolitan inspiration and the management managed by a young and prepared couple complete this successful hospitality formula.

The mountainous scenery of Valchiavenna frames Il Cantinone by Stefano Masanti and Raffaella Mazzina. The enhancement of the territory is sublimated in a passionate cuisine, contaminated by international accents, intertwined with a forward-looking business vision, active between the Sattui winery (Napa Valley, USA) and local and typical Alpine products workshops.
