Cheese is the protagonist on the table at home and in catering with the birth of dedicated places. The role of milk and dairy products in daily food and catering, as well as consumption and mundane occasions, from lunch to aperitifs, will be the new big theme told in the next edition of Franciacorta in Bianco that, next to the usual exhibition market, will give ample space to meetings, laboratories and showcooking dedicated to the world in white at 360 °.
Also this year there are so many news regarding the exhibition hosted from 11 to 13 October 2019 at the Polo Exhibition Center of Castegnato. First of all there will be a renewed layout that will give more space to the part dedicated to the administration to make the visit even more delicious. The path in the three pavilions will take the visitor through the excellence selected directly from Franciacorta in White, and then open up to the area with the historical producers of the show and a broader look at the world of milk and cheese and related agriculture, from cereal wine, up to the declination of the cheese in all its forms of consumption, with a new proposal linked to mixing and aperitif.
The area dedicated to mountain pastures and cheeses will be further strengthened, with a lighthouse focused on the great Lombard denominations and on the main valleys of Brescia’s cheeses, from Val Camonica, to Val Trompia up to Val Sabbia.
