Focus on tea at new edition of Sana Restart, the organic and natural Fair in Bologna

Il tè è la seconda bevanda più bevuta al mondo dopo l’acqua – quasi 6 milioni di tonnellate prodotte ogni anno. Più di 2 solamente in Cina. E il tè arriva a Sana Restart, l’appuntamento di Bologna Fiere dedicato al mondo del biologico e del naturale, dal 9 all’11 ottobre 2020. Il tè, infatti,  è la bevanda con il più alto indice di crescita in ambito di food&beverage nel nostro paese, un previsionale di un +22% che probabilmente sarà destinato a superare i più incoraggianti pronostici.

L’area riservata a questo infuso, chiamata Sana Organic Tea,  prosegue un percorso iniziato 4 anni fa da associazione In·Tè con l’Italian Tea Festival e che si è prefissata l’obiettivo di diffondere la cultura del tè di qualità in Italia in un viaggio bio tra infusioni, calici, cibo e cultura. 

Lo spazio dedicato al tè biologico si chiamerà Sana Organic Tea e lo proporrà declinato in una versione tutta Teatalian Style per capire come si beve e come si berrà il tè nel nostro Paese.

A far comprendere il Teatalian Style ci sarà Christian Nicita, chef di Acquamadre a Catania, una sala da tè con cucina. Formatosi alla scuola del Gambero Rosso e sommelier professionale, Christian Nicita da anni propone una carta dei tè abbinata a cibi dolci e salati oltre che al tè nelle preparazioni. 

Lo chef siciliano proporrà il tè rigorosamente in calice – un modo che sta contagiando molti tea influencer in ogni angolo del pianeta – durante tre giorni di degustazioni, partendo dalle giornate di venerdì 9 e sabato 10 ottobre con incontri riservati al mondo dell’Ho.Re.Ca. invitando i visitatori ad esplorare il modo di servire il tè nelle varie aree della ristorazione, dei bar caffetterie e degli hotel. 

Dalla carta dei tè si potranno scoprire tutti gli abbinamenti inediti di questa bevanda. Dall’area SPA alla sala da pranzo, dalla prima colazione alle magnifiche infusioni a freddo. Una risorsa preziosa che non manca mai di appassionare il pubblico sempre attento alle nuove proposte e alla salute a tavola. 

E proprio al pubblico sarà dedicato il tè della domenica, il tè in famiglia, da servire in casa agli amici. Perfetti e originali tea party che Pina Siotto, chef vegana (o meglio vegetaliana come ama definirsi e che è anche il titolo del suo libro) proporrà sia in preparazione che abbinamento, includendo il tè per i bambini.

Sana Organic Tea will be the space dedicated to organic tea and will propose it in a Teatalian Style version to understand how Italians are drinking tea today and how they will drink it in Italy in the near future.

Christian Nicita, chef of Acquamadre in Catania, a tea room with kitchen, will help to understand the Teatalian Style Trained at the Gambero Rosso school and professional sommelier, Christian Nicita has been offering for years a tea list combined with sweet and savory food as well as tea in the preparations.

The Sicilian chef will offer tea strictly by the glass – a way that is infecting many tea influencers all over the world – during three days of tastings, starting from Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October with meetings reserved for the world of Ho.Re.Ca . inviting visitors to explore how to serve tea in the various areas of catering, coffee bars and hotels.

From the tea list everybody can discover all the news combinations of this drink. From the SPA area to the dining room, from breakfast to the magnificent cold infusions. A precious resource that fascinates the public always interested in new proposals and health and wellness.

Consumers will enjoy Sunday tea, family tea, to be served at home to friends. Perfect and original tea parties that Pina Siotto, vegan chef (or rather vegetaliana as she likes to define herself and which is also the title of her book) will offer both in preparation and pairing, including tea for children.
