“Tano Passami l’Olio” the historic Michelin-star restaurant by chef Tano Simonato opens a new location in Milan. The kitchen is the star of the restaurant and remains faithful to the revolutionary philosophy that has characterized Tano Simonato: a light and healthy cuisine, which enhances the ingredients on the plate through delicate cooking and the absence of butter, the chef’s true trademark. Even if the menu will undergo a restyling, it will not forget the dishes that best represent the chef and that will be get into menu such as the caramelised quail egg on tuna mousse with bottarga and raw marinated tuna or tagliolini with chicken egg bottarg.

The new location includes two rooms with 38 seats and can also host board meetings and business lunches. The restaurant maintains the colors that feature the Chef: burgundy and gold, revised in a modern key, and also will e enriched by some works by Davide Foschi, a Milanese artist belonging to the Metateista current or the “New Renaissance”, who will go to support the story that will develop in the chef’s dishes, in a creative, intellectual and sensorial union, capable of rediscovering the harmony between the relative worlds.
