Chef in Green: chefs on the green and in the kitchen

“This edition has witnessed the growth of the event which is ready to make a further leap towards an international dimension with the aim of involving a wider audience”, said Roberta Candus, director of the Golf & Gusto magazine and a great expert in food and wine culture, that has been able to bring this innovative format, which she designed organized within the most beautiful and excluded Italian golf clubs. Golf and taste, good game and good food, this is the basic recipe of a format that has by now become so popular that it is required by the main golf clubs.

Among the protagonists who have challenged many the big names of the most exclusive restaurants but also the new emerging talents. From Claudio Sadler to Felix the Low, Claudio Gatti, Cristian Benvenuto, Giuseppe Lo Presti and Marc Bernardi, emerging chef who cooks at 2000 meters in Val Gardena.
