Apulia on the table, for a gourmet summer

Olio – Cucina Fresca, the Apulian restaurant that honors the great Apulian food and wine tradition in Milan, is ready for the new season. In summer, you can enjoy a lunch menu created by Chef Michele Cobuzzi.  

Every week , for lunch, the Chef offers a lunch menu on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays made of an appetizer such as carpaccio of beetroot with burrata di Noci, two first courses such as linguina garlic, oil, chilli pepper, chicory and lemon, a second and the sorbet of day.  

Angelo Fusillo, owner and creator of the restaurant Olio – Cucina Fresca, opened in September 2017 in Milan, emphasizes the strengths of his restaurant: excellent cuisine, excellence of raw materials, welcoming restaurant, excellent value for money, attentive staff.

In addition to the proposal – unique on the gastronomic scene – the restaurant offers the single-serving bottle of Frantoio Muraglia Apulian oil, to promote a real culture of oil at the table.
