01 Apr AMOR, the new concept venue by Alajmo brothers

The appointment is on April 10th in Milan in Corso Como 10.  The brothers Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo, those of Le Calandre in Padua (three Michelin stars), of the historic Caffè Quadri in Venice, of the Stern in Paris, are going to open a new trendy restaurant: AMOR.  And they will do it with the archistar Philippe Starck, who had already collaborated in the realization of the Stern and the new project of Quadri.

The second Italian high catering group by turnover  with 13.4 million in revenues in 2017, opens its eleventh local and the first in Milan. Amor will feature a completely new concept, aligned with the fast casual trend that is dominating the Milanese and metropolitan scene in general.

Open from breakfast to dinner, the signature dish of Amor will be the steamed pizza patented by Massimiliano Alajmo which, underlines the Alajmo group, has been “made lighter, healthier and tastier thanks to a sprinkling of love, a puff of steam and a drop of Venetian spirit “.

Guests can choose at the counter and dine indoors or order to take away. Table service is provided for dinner to end the day in a more relaxed atmosphere.
