Ag Foodies with its brand Diana’Place launces the new executive chef Andrea Fusco

Is the well-known Roman chef Andrea Fusco – already a Michelin star in the past at the Giuda Ballerino restaurant – the new Executive Chef of AG Foodies, a division of AG Group whose ambition is to offer a new and authentic experience to all lovers of gastronomy Italian excellence, of great wines and Champagne.

An innovative format in which it is possible to enjoy a great wine by browsing a paper with over a thousand labels – some exclusive in Rome, others even in Italy – and combining it with highly selected products as more or less elaborate dishes.

All of this, in elegant bistros located in key points of the city of Rome – soon also in Florence – and in exclusive terraces. The Diana’s Place – so the names of the current two Bistros – are located in Via Volturno and in the Trevi Fountain area, are the gastronomic part of AG Foodies, which today, thanks to the new chef, further strengthens its already rich offer through a innovative cuisine, developing the traditions of the territories, with the right ingredients and the most modern cooking techniques.
