N1 Coffee & Co,. in Tsim She Tsui : to try  a double ristretto latte for those who like it extra strong.

Fuel, in Central, ICC and Admiralty: is probably the best coffee option for Central office workers. Cappuccino as well.

Five Coffee Company is a  coffee shop Sai Kung. Their coffee tastes great, balanced and slightly creamy.
