Tesoritalia Miele Marmellata

The Delight of the Citrus Fruits of Sorrento

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, providing as it does sustenance and energy (i.e.,
calories) for whatever activities lay ahead.
According to the latest evidence, we should all be aiming to consume around 15–25% of our daily
energy intake at breakfast. Eating the right foods can give energy and prevent from eating too much
during the rest of the day. Honey and marmalade for example. Conscious of this important benefits
for the health, Tesoritalia has created a special production of honey and marmalade coming from
Sorrento Peninsula. In particular, the area is called “Pizzo” for the confirmation of an extension
towards the sea. The area is special because unlike other production areas it is overhanging the sea,
this favors the contamination of crops with the area that comes from the sea, making the products,
naturally, sweeter and “softer” than other crops in other parts of Campania.
In addition, the area has been preserved over the years and is, in fact, the largest garden of Sorrento
and surrounding areas. This is a perfect biosphere for cultivation with characteristics similar to what
the Romans called “Campania Felix” because any product you wanted to grow, while in other areas
it could not mature or do it in an imperfect way, in Campania, however, the conditions they were such
as to make any product almost perfectly, hence “Campania Felix”.
Another plus: the products are limited and the stocks are not infinite because the trees produce at most
4 blooms a year. The garden is the one and the citrus fruits are all certified IGP.With the scents and aromas of the flowers and gardens and terraces of the Sorrento peninsula and
the Amalfi Coast such as lemons, oranges, tangerines, acacia and chestnut, Tesoritalia offers unique
products of various flavors, tastes and aromas encased in a honey that only these lands may give.
Honeydew in particular, ideal for refined palates, has a balanced taste, slightly bitter.
The same as for marmalade. Lemons, oranges, mandarins, apricots: all were treasures of a lush
Campania Felix.
The cultivation techniques of both Sorrento fruit lemon and orange, faithfully follow the ancient
tradition. And there are no preservatives.
